1. Program Description
Brand: Charleston Telecom Solutions, LLC ("CTS")
CTS operates an SMS messaging program for the following use cases:
- Support follow-ups and ticket notifications — transactional messages related to open support requests or service updates.
- AI-assisted SMS conversations via the Allsio platform — automated and human-assisted messaging to help customers manage their telecom services.
- Direct person-to-person (P2P) messaging — direct communication between CTS staff and customers regarding their account or services.
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from CTS in one of the following ways:
- Web form: Check the SMS opt-in box on any CTS web form (contact form, support request, etc.) and submit your request.
- Verbal consent: Provide consent during a phone call with a CTS representative. Your consent will be confirmed via a follow-up SMS to the number you provided.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your level of interaction with CTS. You may receive messages in response to a support request, as part of an AI-assisted conversation, or as a direct communication from a CTS team member. There is no fixed number of messages per month.
4. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details on any fees that may apply to sending or receiving text messages.
5. How to Opt Out (STOP)
To unsubscribe from CTS SMS messages, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us.
- After sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. No further messages will be sent.
- To re-subscribe at any time, reply START to a previous CTS message or opt in again via any CTS web form.
- Opting out of the SMS program does not affect your CTS service account or any other communications.
6. How to Get Help (HELP)
For assistance, reply HELP to any CTS text message.
- A response will include the CTS company name and contact phone number.

7. Data Privacy & No Sharing
Your mobile number and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
- Your phone number is used solely for CTS communications as described in Section 1 of these Terms.
- SMS opt-in data is not shared with any affiliate or partner for their independent marketing use.
- We may share information with service providers who assist in delivering our SMS program, subject to confidentiality obligations.

8. Supported Carriers
CTS SMS messages are supported on all major US wireless carriers, including but not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and their affiliates and MVNOs.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on network conditions, device compatibility, and other factors outside CTS's control.
9. Changes to These Terms
CTS reserves the right to update these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or by posting a notice on our website. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
